This event offered participants a hands-on opportunity to explore the possibilities of Manus, and we were truly impressed by the creativity, enthusiasm, and high quality of the applications that emerged.

Several elements contributed to the success of this gathering:

• Lowered technical barriers: Participants were able to build practical applications without needing specialized expertise.

• Practical learning: Team-based development created an environment for mutual learning and collaboration.

• Thoughtful care: Meals, drinks, and small gifts helped participants feel supported and welcome.

• Community building: The event fostered meaningful connections across different industries and backgrounds.

Looking Ahead, while we are considering holding similar events in Tokyo again, we also see growing importance in hosting more local events to reach broader communities. In addition, alongside full-scale hackathon formats, we hope to introduce lighter, more casual gatherings — such as moku-moku kai (coworking-style sessions) — that allow individuals to join and experience Manus more flexibly.
