The National AI Challenge is Ireland’s biggest hackathon. My goal was to give participants a clear game plan and bring Manus to the room.

During the event, I gave instructions of a five-step workflow:

• Pick a challenge topic: health, education, tech

• Research the sector: data, pain points, past winning ideas

• Turn insights into a roadmap for the Challenge

• Draft a build plan: tech stack, AI agents, roles, prompts

• Spin up a showcase website from the full package

Attendance highlights

Alumni from Google, Meta, people from Deloitte, and others joined.
Many said both Manus and the approach blew their minds.
One attendee landed a job offer on the spot from one of the other attendees, the atmosphere was electric.
