On Sunday, July 20, AI Leaders Vietnam, in collaboration with Trạm Sáng Tạo AI, Manus AI, hosted a hands-on workshop titled Practical Workshop - Business Planning with AI Agents (Bật mí điều GenAI không thể: Làm kế hoạch kinh doanh hoàn chỉnh bằng AI Agent). The event gathered nearly 100 participants, primarily managers and C-level executives, to explore practical applications of AI Agents for business planning and decision-making.

Key applications demonstrated:

• Building comprehensive business plans from a single idea input.

• Conducting SWOT analyses and competitor benchmarking.

• Developing customer personas and brand strategies.

• Designing pricing models and distribution strategies.

• Generating complete pitch decks ready for board-level presentations.
