The MANUS AI X OOJU XR Hackathon was an intensive 5-hour development sprint that brought together over 40 XR designers, enthusiasts, developers, educators, product managers, and consultants to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and extended reality. Participants engaged in collaborative brainstorming sessions discussing practical XR implementation strategies, received step-by-step Unity development guidance generated from Manus AI, explored innovative business applications for XR technology, and worked with backend development frameworks to bring their concepts to life. The event culminated in rapid-fire presentation sessions where teams demonstrated their working prototypes.

A remarkable insight emerged when the Sandsea-dreamport team, comprised of developers without prior Unity experience, successfully followed Manus AI's comprehensive Unity guide to develop and present a fully functional 2-minute XR experience within the 5-hour timeframe.

Throughout the hackathon, all participating teams leveraged Manus AI as their strategic consultant, using the platform for initial ideation, idea refinement, product feature scoping, and technical implementation guidance, demonstrating how AI can democratize XR development and significantly accelerate the prototyping process.
