Manus and AI Crafters organized a Vibe Coding Hackathon on July 4 at BD DAMAM, Technopark, Casablanca, Morocco, welcoming 80 attendees, including students and members of the AI Crafters community.
The event featured Youssef El Yamani—a Manus Fellow—who shared insights into how Manus is transforming complex tasks such as website and mobile-app development and report generation afterwards he launched the Vibe Coding challenge and explained its details.

Participants then began vibecoding, each working on their own project with support from the eight mentors present. While working, they enjoyed Moroccan sweets, pizza, and beverages. After two hours, each mentor pre-selected one participant to advance to the finals, where the jury and audience chose the winners.
The winners were celebrated, and a group photo was taken. Although the event was scheduled to finish at 10 p.m., the joy of vibecoding with the Manus community kept it going until 11:30 p.m.
