On Saturday, July 19, AI Leaders Vietnam, together with international and local partners, hosted the AI+ Unlimited Future conference in Ho Chi Minh City. The event gathered 13 speakers from Silicon Valley, China, and Vietnam, sharing comprehensive insights on AI adoption challenges for SMEs, prominent AI trends, and practical solutions provided by Vietnamese tech companies.

The program particularly emphasized AI Agents-intelligent virtual assistants capable of planning, coordinating, and executing tasks, highlighting their potential to help SMEs streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

Key applications included:

• Customer service automation: 24/7 AI Agents handling hundreds of simultaneous requests and personalizing services through behavioral analysis.

• Financial management: Automated reporting, real-time data analysis, and cash flow forecasting.

Special Session - Mr. Phùng Hải Long He delivered a focused session on how Manus AI-an advanced AI Agent platform-can be applied by SMEs to automate workflows and enhance decision-making. Full Engagement Participants actively engaged in discussions and on-site consultations with AI solution providers, including Plum Venture, Alibaba Cloud and several Vietnamese startups Community & Impact Attendees expressed strong interest in follow-up training sessions and solution consultations. Feedback indicated high satisfaction with the conference content, particularly its actionable insights for SMEs at various stages of AI readiness.
