On Thursday, July 3, Manus AI, represented by Ms Lucy, hosted a one-day workshop titled “X100 With AI”, facilitated by Mr. Phùng Hải Long, Director of MicroMBA AI FPT.
The program was designed to help professionals understand and apply AI Agents to optimize daily workflows. The agenda combined a mindset-building session on working with artificial intelligence, prompt engineering techniques, and hands-on discussion of business scenarios. Participants learned how to develop effective prompts, integrate AI tools for content creation, reporting, customer support, and automate routine tasks.
In addition to theoretical sessions, participants practiced directly with the Manus AI platform, executing tasks such as customer inquiry handling, marketing plan creation, and website prototyping. The workshop emphasized a proactive, critical-thinking approach to collaborating with AI technology.
